Hire A Hubby Latrobe Valley ("we") runs the HAPI job management tools on hahlv.com for its own staff. Last updated 25 October 2026.

What we collect

Job, customer and booking details needed to do the work: names, addresses, phone numbers, emails, notes, photos, quotes, invoices and receipts. Staff sign-in details and, for staff who choose, location while clocked on.

Google account data (Gmail)

When a staff member connects a business mailbox, the app reads its emails to sort them, file work orders, quotes and invoices to the right job, and send replies the staff member writes and approves. Messages are kept in our own database (Supabase, Sydney, Australia) only as long as needed to action them.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or let anyone outside the business read it. It is only used to provide these features to our team.

Where it is kept

Our own systems in Australia (Supabase Sydney and our own storage), plus Salesforce, Xero and Google Workspace as used by the business.

Your choices
